‘Terms and Conditions’ of Membership

  1. All members must read and understand the terms and conditions expressed herein.
  2. All members are to abide by the Queensland Supra Club constitution and it is the responsibility of all members to ensure they have read and fully understand this constitution.
  3. All members are required to abide by all state and federal rules and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each member to know these rules and regulations.
  4. Any member found to have broken the rules and regulations of any authority will be personally responsible to the relevant charges and fines, as well as disciplinary action from the Club Committee. The Queensland Supra Club reserves the right to report any member to the relevant authorities, at the sole discretion of the Committee.
  5. No member is to act in a way that may negatively affect the Club or its reputation, in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, undesirable personal or driving conduct whilst at a Club event or whilst displaying the Club name or logo. Any member reported to, or believed to be representing the Club in a derrogative manner may, at the discretion of the Committee, have his or her membership suspended or revoked.
  6. As a member of the Queensland Supra Club, you accept all liability for your own actions, the actions of your vehicle and any guests which attend Club functions on your behalf. You agree not to hold the Club liable for any damages incurred by you or upon you during a Club event by your continued membership with the Club.
  7. All members are to act in a courteous and respectful manner to all other Club members at all times.
  8. The Club Committee may suspend or terminate a member’s membership at any time at their discretion. This suspension or termination may be contested as per the Queensland Supra Club Constitution.
  9. All membership & event fees are non-refundable. Refund will only be accepted if cancellation of an event is made 14 days prior to the event booking closing date. After this date a refund will only be given if a replacement participant can be found. If a replacement club member can not be found, a non-member may attend the event, provided that this person agrees to abide by the Club rules for the event.
  10. If a members’ fees remain unpaid for more than 30 days, the Committee reserves the right to terminate that members’ membership to the Club. Upon application to re-join, all sign up fees for a new applicant will be applicable to that member.
  11. Applying for membership does not give the applicant title to Club membership. As such, the Committee may evaluate an application and reject said application at their discretion. Upon rejection, any fees paid towards the membership will be refunded in full within 14 days.
  12. The Queensland Supra Club reserves the right to update these ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any point in time, providing a copy of the changed terms are made available for public viewing on the Queensland Supra Club website.
  13. All information provided by an applicant or member to the Club will be handled strictly in line with the Club’s Privacy Policy.
